Any B2B supply order is governed by its accepted written quotation, purchase terms or sales agreement, which identifies the contracting seller and prevails over website copy.

The collection page does not publish buyer-specific bulk price tiers. A released sample offer or separately identified digital-catalogue offer may display a fixed checkout price. Product availability, MOQ, lead time, freight, customs, tax and delivery inclusions for B2B supply are confirmed only in an itemized written quotation.
Compliance
No test, certificate, inspection, document pack or batch-by-batch service is included merely because it appears as a possible workflow on this site. The applicable written quotation must identify any required standard, laboratory, inspection method, responsible party and deliverable for the specific product and destination. The importer or brand of record remains responsible for its market obligations unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Samples and payments
Stripe Checkout may be offered only for a released sample offer or the expressly labelled digital-catalogue offer. Review the displayed contents, delivery region, dispatch window, shipping terms and refund or credit terms before paying. A payment receipt confirms payment processing; it does not create product availability, bulk pricing, production or delivery promises beyond the accepted offer and applicable law.
Intellectual property
Ownership, licences, confidentiality and permitted use of buyer-supplied or developed designs must be stated in the applicable written agreement. Submitting a reference does not prove that the submitter owns or may use it, and Lucida does not independently clear third-party rights through this website. Do not submit protected logos, designs or other material unless you are authorized to use them. Rights in website content remain with their respective owners.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
